Mrs Tel is not too keen on tossing, messy, but she enjoys doing the whipping.

Kids most impressed but next time I'll not be using the iron frying pan  eeek:

I have a small frying pan especially for pancakes and fried eggs. Sadly my co-ordinations skills are not up to much and after attempting to flip them I had to make another batch of batter.  redface:

For reasons known only unto herself Mrs S elected not to be able to find either the 4 inch pancake pan or the special pan cake maker (Its American .... don't ask 'cos it's crap) but fetched the 10 inch iron pan out of the cupboard. First I knew was when she asked me to flip the bloody thing.
I have just weighed it 1.75 kilo! Five of us. I only had a single token pancake 'cos of the diet ... everyone else had three each. My arm/wrist feel very sore this morning ..... how I imagine Berek feels most days. lol:

I guess she figured that if you made a mess of the pancakes it would be more fun to bash you over the head with…  whistle:

Made properly, and I used to live in Mexico so know a thing or two, made properly they taste exactly like wet woodchip wallpaper.
