Actually, with hindsight it is more likely to be a BBC News animation of how the collider works...  ::)

I dunno ~ but I can visualise a footy pitch or several for that matter 'cos I've seen several side by side like ~ I have never seen more than three London Buses at the same time  and have problems with the mental arithmetic to get it up to the hundreds.
