Just tried the soup and it's gooooooooooood.  cloud9:

It's also given me an idea to use a bit less water, half a small thinner sliced cabbage dice the onion, celery and peppers, add some okra, garlic, a dark roux and some chicken and sausage for a really nice gumbo.  :thumbsup:
