The description of that on the News is just too horrible to contemplate.
Like everything else in Africa from Cape Town to the Mediterranean it always comes back to tribal conflicts that have their roots in history and no civilisation to temper it with. We seem to be going the same way with Scots V English, Welsh V English etc. For several hundred years we have kept it pretty much to the sports field but there are signs that it will be spreading here again soon enough.
