Laptop help!!

Its a celeron processor so personally I wouldnt touch it with a bargepole although thats just my opinoon Wench.

Why what is wrong with those?

Celerons are Intel's bargain basement processors, same as the Semprons are for AMD.

Personally I'd go for something like this, the only downside I can see is a shorter warranty.

Not as much memory but a far faster Centrino processor so it will have built in wireless connectivity (no farting around with wireless cards), Windows XP (I wouldnt go near Vista for at least another year, let the mugs pay to beta test it first).

In comparrison with the PC world rig the only downside to this one I can see is the memory but that is far cheaper to upgrade than a laptop processor.

There is an advantage to working with a bunch of computer nuts. Knowing a load of sites to search for kit tends to save me a fortune Wench.

Although if you are forced to go into PC world for anything, check the brown boxed kit before you look at anything else in there. Its usually just as good as the rest of it just cheaper for some odd reason.

I was tempted to search for a better/faster/cheaper/XPer machine but I thought it would just confuse?
