However, I am hopefully dragging him to Whole Foods in Kensington at the weekend. Hopefully the hype should have calmed down by now. Anyone been yet?

Nope, only seen the TV and press comments - didn't seem that great.

Going to venture to Borough Market next week, see if it matches up with the TV prog.

I only here good things about Borough Market. I have every intention of heading that way myself now the weather has cooled down.

I know the press have slated Whole Foods but I am intrigued!!

Mrs Tel is very taken with the Market Kitchen prog (UKTV food channel) which is filmed in Borough Market. It's only just around the corner from London Bridge station so is a doddle to get to. Always thought it was north of the river. I knew of Leadenhall Market, cos the ex Mrs Tel used to work near it.
