I have to say, all the food I've had on the bases here has been excellent - and good value too...

Mostly cooked by Army chefs unless they are on deployment as I understand it....

So last night we went to see Tim Burton's latest dark offering: Miss Peregrine's School for Peculiar Children

Weird on so many levels with a slightly laboured first half and a stonking second half with Samuel L Jackson at his menacing best hamming it up.  Also wonderfully sick in parts so why somebody thinks it's OK for kiddiewinks with parents just defeats me. 

All in all 3 stars out of 4 from me.
