I was quite impressed with the student that shot Cameron down in flames during one of the tv segments. I think that "I'm an English Literature Student, I know waffling when I see it" should become a T-shirt slogan.  rubschin:

How about Kay Burley cutting the legs from under Gove and his £350M with "even Nigel Farage has said he won't use that figure"?

Both those Sky Q&As have been bruising encounters with the audiences allowed to be brutal and so they did.

Gove did better than most expected him to and Cameron worse than most expected.  Both campaigns have ground each other down with the game now being to motivate their supporters to actually go and vote rather than persuade any undecideds.

The Polls say a narrow Leave win, the bookies say a Remain win.  Go Figure
Well, whatever, nevermind

Can't really comment on that as I was semi watching it while at work so I missed a fair bit of the debates.

It's Cameron we are talking about, the ivory towered elitist self serving two faced slimy arse doesn't care about 'tainted by association' because he believes that he is above the rest of us common oiks.  noooo:

I note that several former utterly discredited Labour leaders favour Remain (including Bliar). Keep up the good work, chaps

The cynical part of me is certain that Mercer has only joined the remain camp because he's been offered the Defence Minister's post in the next reshuffle. Under normal circumstances I'd be happy to see him there as a former Royal Marine who has seen active service in Afghanistan is more than qualified for the position. Unfortunately he's now shown himself to be completely lacking in the honour, integrity and raw bollocks that the Marines are noted for.  noooo:

It's a bit of a weird story that.  Project Fear with no MPs named and as Boris has said, the splendid ambiguity of the term 'Single Market'.   IMHO the most likely interpretation is that some MPs would try to force the post Brexit government to negotiate for free access to the Single Market - the strategy Boris himself espoused at the start of the referendum campaign.

A more likely tactic again imho is to force a vote of no confidence and hence a General Election

Well, whatever, nevermind
