It looks like it didn't update for some reason. Just booted my laptop up after running the update again last night and you can certainly tell when you've done it. When you log in for the first time you get some new screens before Windows starts saying saying hi they've just updated your computer, your files are safe and Windows has some tweaks and improvements to make it even better.  Thumbs:
