These stay in my mind:

Woman (33 years ago) in same maternity ward I was named her boy child Logan - shame their surname was Berry

Man (too long ago for me to even quote how many years) being called over the tannoy - went something like this:

Calling Mr. Sole
Mr. R Sole
please come to reception
