Weird announcements
« on: December 21, 2022, 03:09:00 PM »
The Boy has been living with the late Mrs Nick for a couple of years now and it is getting tense ("You know what she's like" was his line more than once last night)

He revealed that he is moving in with the fragrant Georgie, a move I had expected for some time

I ask when

April 26th comes the reply  confused2:

Talking of weird announcements... From a bloke on a local forum...

Quote
For a number of years, I have been forced to use nappies (diapers, Pampers etc). As an environmentalist, I have been worried about the waste, which I assumed made from synthetic materials. I did not examine the situation but the bulk of our rubbish bags did worry me somewhat. I was quite relieved today to find that my concerns were invalid. New labelling on the packets have informed me that the contents were made from a specialised absorbent woodpulp derived from a particular eco-cultivated tree species. Notwithstanding, I think there is a small amount of a light biodegradable (<100 years half-life) plastic in the outer layer. This has been a relief in my own mind.

Why would you announce that...?  noooo:

Weird announcement from the bonkers world of Clown School  noooo:

" xxxxxx  has chosen to provide free period products, without restriction, to those that need them whilst at work or visiting our buildings.

You will soon spot the baskets of tampons and sanitary towels in toilets across council offices

The products in the boxes are primarily for people menstruating, however, we encourage those that need to use them for other reasons, such as bladder weakness, to do so.

The products are 100% organic cotton and are vegan friendly"

The poor fellas in the office came out of their conveniences confused yesterday and asking how do they decide if they are heavy , medium or light flow?  How do those with wings attach to boxer shorts ?  etc etc etc.

 noooo: ::) noooo:
