Thought I'd start a nice new fresh thread up seeing as we always just talk about din dins. :thumbsup:

Tea, followed by fresh youghurt with currants mandarins or pineapple, followed by two slices of toast and a cup of coffee. cloud9:

MAY treat meself and  have a birof a one off fry up for lunch today as a reward for my exceedingly good behaviour and self discipline  angel1 and continuing weight lossages. :thumbsup:
