The Society of the Protection of our Constitution (SPOC) is seeking a warrant of arrest for former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, who is currently in South Africa.SPOC's secretary, Muhammed Vawda, says they have filed a 'crimes against the state' complaint with the South African Police Service, who opened a docket. "A case number was issued and it will go to the National Director of Public Prosecutions for a decision," added Vawda.The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal - an alternative to the International Criminal Court with no United Nations recognition or authority found Blair and former US president George W.
