Which reminds me ... By the time I had finished I was out of breath, dripping with sweat and my skin was sticky to the touch. Standing up I caught a glimpse of my bright red face in the mirror. I could tell by the look on her face that she was impressed with my performance. I proudly said to her

I refer the honourary gentleman to the answer I gave earlier. Tried a vindaloo once, all heat and any taste that should have been there wasn't. Madras is as hot as I go. Phew!

I've tried a new recipe for chicken tikka massala tonight. I thought it's a shame to grow those chillies and not use them. The recipe said one green deseeded chilli. Sod it I thought, I'l stick one of those nice shiny red ones in too. I sampled the sauce a little while ago eeek: eeek: eeek: When Mrs JOM came home I asked how hot are those chillies suppose to be, "ooh, the green ones are mild, but the red ones are called ring of fire"
I've just checked on the scoville scale ... 70,000 - 85,000. Buy 24 rolls, get 24 free, I may need more scared2:
