Title: Some scenes may be distressing

Every programme on the mainstream channels now seems to carry this ever so helpful warning.

This is from the soaps , to documentaries but interestingly not the news  rubschin:

 Often this is complimented by helpline advice after it has finished , whether it is for dementia, cancer, domestic violence,  or a broken fingernail  noooo:

Surely with every TV licence they should just have add a sentence stating watching TV might not be good for your health. Job done. Rather than listen to some contrite presenter / wannabe actor tilt his head ( imagined) and read robotic stylee  evil:

Or just not watching anything at all. Turn it off or over if it upsets you rather than sit there composing your letter to OFCOM.

They should just be forced to watch CBEEBIES on a 24hr loop until they have learnt their bloody lesson  evil:
