Have been online with 'Marco' in technical support...
I wonder how many Marco's there are...?
And does he work for just one IT company or does he provide on-line support for hundreds...? rubschin:
I've been generally impressed by 'on line' (or live) support so it would be amazing if they are all in one service centre in India.... ;D
